Our mission
Hedera—commonly referred to as ivy—is a genus of hardy and tenacious plants. Climbing towering trees and rock faces in search of sunlight, ivies are resilient, yet flexible. They adapt readily to a wide range of environments. In fact, here in Colorado, they’re an invasive species—they won’t give up without a fight!
We want our students to be the same way. For many, the image of ivy-covered walls is basically synonymous with higher education. But whether our students end up going to school in the woods or the concrete jungle, we want them to be courageous, to set lofty goals, and to pursue them with tenacity and resilience, knowing that, one day, they’ll be within reach.
Who we are
We’re two UC Berkeley grads passionate about giving students the tools they need to succeed. With experience in the fashion, non-profit, and tech industries, as well as a decade combined in education, we bring a diverse set of knowledge and skills to our work. Over the years, we’ve helped students ace exams, get into their dream schools, and take that first, terrifying step into the professional world. We hope you’ll give us the privilege of helping your student do the same.
Ours is a boutique operation—we pride ourselves on serving the unique needs of each student, and we especially value long-term relationships. One of the most rewarding parts of our work is getting to learn and grow with our students, from high school to college graduation and beyond. We hope that working with us will help inspire students to become successful professionals, curious thinkers, and lifelong scholars.
